| Sophia Beauvy created OFIE DESIGN© to promote fun, sweet and intelligent design strategies for consumer goods ranging from hardware to paper products. Sophia brings to design a broad appreciation of taste and art. Born outside of Montreal, raised in Los Angeles by Hungarian and French parents, her cultural upbringing included naturally many diverse influences. She started her career in advertising as an executive for Warner Bros. Records. Subsequently she moved to Paris to work for Reed Publishing as Director of Advertising for an international trade publication within the luxury goods industry. After returning to the States, she focused her energies on her first love, art. She graduated from UCLA's art department summa cum laude and soon after started to design establishing OFIE DESIGN©. Sophia's knowledge of art and design, her fine sensibilities along with a pragmatic and experienced view of business allows for original and marketable designs and solutions. |
